Artist's Note: When I first started out, I was a completely traditional artist... I drew in pencil, inked the lines, then coloured the piece in either coloured pencils, or markers. Then I started to do the colouring in Photoshop, and I edited many of my previous traditional works whilst I was at it. When I went completely digital a couple of years ago, I went back to my older works and edited them again, so what you see here has been edited on several different occasions. 😅💦
After god knows how many redraws, I'm finally reasonably happy with the arms on this!! They're not perfect I know, but they don't make me cringe when I look at them anymore!! LOL
I really like the way the aura turned out on this, and his head and torso turned out well right from the beginning, though I did cop out on his trousers... by that stage I was just having a 'F*ck It' moment over the creases in his pants, and just dashed off a few lines rather than drawing it in detail like I did with his top. 😆
